We are an outdoor cabinet factory. Here are the trade terms.
No enquiry form that hides the numbers. No "contact us for pricing" wall. Everything a trade buyer needs to decide whether we are worth a call is on this page — including the parts that are not flattering.
What trade buyers actually worry about
Three things, and we will say them out loud
Every wholesaler we have dealt with asks the same three questions in a slightly different order. Answering them here saves everybody an email thread.
"Will the quality hold once I am selling it under my own name?"
Unbranded is our standard — the cabinet carries no logo unless you ask for one, so your customer sees your name. The build does not change with your label: same 304 skin, same honeycomb core, same trial assembly of the whole order before packing. What is actually in the cabinet →
"Can I start small, or do I have to commit to a container?"
You can order one kitchen. There is no MOQ on custom builds. What we cannot do is sell a single stock-line cabinet body at a container price — that is where the ~200 unit threshold sits, and even then it is mixable across models. Start with a sample → How the order runs once you commit →
"If a customer of mine reports a broken door, what happens?"
Replacement parts ship before the freight conversation starts. Your customer is not waiting for us to finish arguing with a forwarder — we claim afterwards, against the shipping insurance. How the claim runs →
Full terms
Every policy, written down
The only things that are genuinely "per order" are the tiered prices and the freight. Everything else is fixed and can be planned against.
| Term | What it is | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| MOQ · custom | None | One kitchen, one module, one sample cabinet. |
| MOQ · stock cabinet bodies | ≈ 200 units | Mixed models count together. A few dozen is accepted at a higher unit price — ask and we will price it rather than refuse it. |
| Pricing | Tiered, quoted per order | No public price list. Tiers move with volume, model mix and finish. We quote a specific configuration, not a range. |
| Quote validity | 15 days | Steel and freight both move; the number is honest for two weeks. |
| Payment | Deposit + balance before shipment | No open credit. No accounts. Nothing ships until the balance clears. |
| Lead time · bodies only | 20–25 days | Applies only to orders of stock-line cabinet bodies — no doors, end panels or worktop. |
| Lead time · full kitchen | 35–40 days | Complexity-dependent. Doors, end panels and worktops are made to order and are not stocked, so any order containing them follows this schedule. |
| Reorders | Same as first order | We do not hold your configuration in stock between orders. |
| Sample | Charged, credited on first order | Freight at your cost. Small sample cabinet available to inspect. |
| Colour | Standard swatch card | Custom colour carries a one-off tinting charge of CNY 5,000 per colour. |
| Private label | Available on volume | Marking on doors, packaging and documentation arranged per order. |
| Regional protection | Discussed case by case | More likely where you will carry the BOGEQI name on a showroom frontage. Nothing promised before the conversation. |
| Freight | Excluded from product price | Quoted per destination. Requires forklift at the receiving site. |
| Design files | CAD PDF + 3D render + manual | We do not supply a technical specification document; we do the drawing work with you. |
Lead time
Two numbers, two different orders
Most suppliers quote one lead time. It is always the fast one, and it is always for the order you did not place.
20–25 days
Cabinet bodies only
Stock-line cabinet bodies — the carcass, in standard sizes, with no doors, no end panels and no worktop. This is a production-queue time, because these are held as work-in-progress.
Use this number for: a distributor restocking standard modules, or a project supplying its own counter and faces.
35–40 days
A complete kitchen
Doors, end panels and worktops are made to order — they are the parts with poor commonality, so stocking them would mean stocking every colour and size. Any order that includes them runs on the longer schedule, and complexity moves it within that range.
Use this number for: a finished kitchen for a showroom, a retail customer, or a turnkey project.
Reorders are not faster
We do not keep your configuration on the shelf between orders. A repeat order enters the queue with everyone else's, at the same lead time as the first one. If you are planning a season, plan your reorder for the schedule above — do not assume the second run will be quicker.
For furniture and outdoor-living retailers
Your customer is already buying chairs. Sell them the kitchen.
If you sell outdoor furniture — dining sets, loungers, parasols — you are already in the outdoor-living conversation. Those customers are the same people who are looking at outdoor kitchens, and right now they are buying both elsewhere.
The cabinet pairs with the furniture rather than competing with it: the same deck, the same family of finishes, the same customer budget. You do not need to learn a new category — you need one more page in the catalogue and one sample on the floor.
From first email to first container
Five steps, and who does what
There is no account manager layer between you and the factory. The person who answers the first email is the person who signs off the drawing.
You tell us the market and the volume
Country, channel (furniture retail, kitchen retail, trade supply, project), and roughly how many kitchens a year. That is enough for us to say whether we are a fit — sometimes we are not.
We send a configuration and a price
A specific build — modules, finish, counter, grill provision — priced as a tier, valid 15 days. Not a range.
Sample, if you want one
A sample cabinet ships at your cost, charged depending on specification and credited against your first production order. Inspect the edge, the door gap, the vent — the three things photos cannot show.
Drawing sign-off and deposit
You approve the layout and the grill cut-out drawing for your market. Deposit reserves the production slot. This is the last point at which the cut-out can change cheaply.
Production, trial assembly, shipment
Every order is assembled and checked before packing. Freight is quoted per destination against the confirmed figure, and you approve it before it is booked.
Before the call
Take the pack away and look at it
Everything a buyer would normally ask us for in the first three emails. Take it, read it, and only write to us if the answer is not in there.
Trade pack
Module range and dimensions · finish options · test report summary · trade terms · packing and freight notes.

What trade buyers ask next
Is there really no minimum order?
Not on custom builds — a single kitchen can be ordered. On stock-line cabinet bodies there is a practical minimum of around 200 units, though it is a value threshold rather than a hard count: mixed models count together, and shorter runs of a few dozen are accepted at a higher unit price. We would rather price it than refuse it.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. We have a small sample cabinet that can be shipped; the sample is charged depending on specification, freight is at your cost, and the charge is credited against your first production order. We would rather you inspect the edge fold and the door gap in person than buy from a photograph.
Do you offer credit terms?
No. Deposit on confirmation, balance before shipment. We are a factory rather than a distributor, and open credit would have to be priced into every unit — including the ones bought by customers who pay on time.
How does regional protection work?
Case by case. If you will carry the BOGEQI name on a showroom frontage, we will talk about an exclusive territory. Without a storefront it can still be discussed where volumes justify it. Nothing is promised before the conversation, and nothing is promised in writing without a volume commitment.
What exactly are the lead times?
Cabinet bodies only, from stock-line production: 20 to 25 days. A complete custom kitchen including doors, end panels and worktop: 35 to 40 days, varying with complexity. Doors, end panels and worktops are made to order and not held in stock, so an order containing them follows the longer schedule. Reorders follow the same schedule as a first order.
Can I put my own brand on the cabinets?
Yes, on volume orders. The cabinet is unbranded as standard, so your customer sees your name rather than ours. Private-label marking on doors, packaging and documentation is arranged per order.
Or go direct
Talk to the factory, not a rep
If the terms above work for you, the fastest route is an email with your market and volume. If they do not, tell us which one is the problem — some are fixed and some are negotiable, and we will say which is which.

Stock-line dimensions for trade
