Four things is enough for a real outdoor kitchen quote
You do not need plans, a builder or a measured drawing to get a quote. You need your grill model, roughly how much room you have, the finish you like, and the country it is going to.
What makes a quote possible
Send four things, not a drawing set
A photo of the space, a rough length, the grill model and the country it ships to. That is a workable brief; anything else we ask for later, if we need it.
A photo beats a drawing
Stand where you would stand at the grill and photograph the space. That tells us about the wall, the floor, the overhang and the drain — four things a dimension line does not.
Rough is fine
"About three metres along the back wall" is a usable starting point. We will firm it up against the module range — every cabinet is 900 high and 656 deep, so only width matters.
No obligation, no drip campaign
You get one reply with a configuration and a price, valid fifteen days. If you do not answer it, the conversation ends there.
The form
Tell us what you need
Four fields — a name, one way to reach you, and what you want built. Nothing here is used for anything except pricing your kitchen.
What happens after you send it
Your enquiry comes to the factory office, not a call centre. We check your grill model against our cut-out library, put together a module list that fits your length, price it, and reply — usually within two working days. If your grill is one we have not cut for, we will say so and ask for the manufacturer's cut-out drawing rather than guessing.
Prefer email?
Send the same four things to the address on the right. Attach photos — they help more than a description.
Direct
Or just write to us
The form is not a gate. Email reaches the factory office directly and is usually answered the same working day — China Standard Time, so a message sent from Europe in the morning arrives in our afternoon.
Straight answers
Before you send it
How long does a quote take?
Two working days for a standard configuration once we have your grill model and run length. A custom layout with a corner and a fridge takes a little longer, because the drawing has to be checked against the modules that actually exist rather than the ones we would like to exist.
Do I need plans to get a price?
No. A photograph of the space and a rough length is enough for a first figure. The measured drawing comes later, and we produce it with you rather than asking you to commission one and send it over.
Is the price on your website the delivered price?
No. Product prices exclude freight by design, because freight varies enormously by destination and site access. Every quote states the product price and the freight as separate lines. The delivery site needs a forklift — pallets come off at the kerb and are not unloaded by hand.
Can you supply the grill as well?
We can source one for you, but most customers already have a grill or have a model in mind. The cabinet is cut to the grill's cut-out dimensions either way, so there is no advantage to buying both from us unless you would rather have a single shipment and a single point of contact.
Do you sell to homeowners directly?
Yes — the majority of our orders are homeowners building one kitchen for their own deck or terrace. Retail orders ship direct, and installation is placing, bolting and levelling modules on their castors. What installation actually involves → What happens after you send the brief →
Still deciding
Start with the grill, not the kitchen
If you own the grill already, everything else follows from it. Send us the model and we will tell you which modules fit around it — no commitment, no account, no sales sequence.

In order
What happens after you send
No auto-reply loop. This is the actual sequence.
We read it
Within one working day, in Foshan. If your grill model is unfamiliar we look it up before replying rather than asking you to resend.
We ask at most one more round
Usually about the run length or the gas entry side. If four answers would have been enough, we try not to ask for a fifth.
You get a drawing, not a price list
The layout comes back as a plan with module widths on it, so you can see what the number is buying.
The price comes with freight separate
Cabinet price and freight are quoted as two lines, because freight is per shipment and changes with destination.
Nothing is charged until you approve
The drawing is settled first. A deposit only starts production, and production is scheduled from that date.

The four numbers we will ask for
None of these has to be exact. A tape measure and a grill model get you a real price instead of a range.
