Projects & commercial
Projects and commercial work: specifying an outdoor kitchen for a rooftop, a restaurant terrace or a development — durability, sign-off, warranty scope and site access.
The short answer
Commercial use changes three things: the steel grade, the fixing against uplift, and the warranty — which is not the residential schedule.

What trade and project work adds
These are the decisions the guides below keep returning to. Settle them roughly first; the articles then fill in the detail.
Duty cycle
A rooftop bar serving 200 covers a night asks more of a hinge and a runner than a family kitchen does. That is a specification question, not a warranty one.
Sign-off
On a project the drawing is approved by the site or the operator, not the homeowner. It is the same drawing, with a different signature on it.
Delivery access
A fifth-floor terrace changes how a pallet arrives. Craning, hoisting and permits are quoted per order and arranged before production, not after.
Warranty scope
Commercial use is agreed per contract, on delivery and factory inspection. The household warranty terms on the delivery page do not transfer to it.
Spares
Hinges, runners and castors are replaceable without replacing a module. On a venue that stays open, that is the line that matters.

Questions this section gets most
If the answer you need is not here, the enquiry form asks for the grill model and the run length and nothing else.
Do you supply project and trade work?
Yes — the same modules, with a drawing approved by the site before production begins and freight quoted per order.
Does the household warranty apply commercially?
No. Project work is agreed per contract: delivery and factory inspection are what we warrant, and that is stated on the quote.
Can a delivery be staged to suit the programme?
Yes, when the site needs it. It is quoted per order because staged freight costs more than one pallet.

Send us the grill and the length
One field, then a configuration and a price. If your grill is one we have not cut for, we will ask for the manufacturer's drawing rather than guess at it.
